You can make as many requests as you like. We will work through them in order of priority. We will provide an estimate for each request so you know what to expect. Once a request has been signed off we move on to the next one.

I design in Figma. Once your project is done you get the Figma file with full ownership and the rights to do whatever you want with it.

Straightforward requests usually wrap up within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). As complexity and scope grow, turnaround times will adjust accordingly. Rest assured, we'll provide a detailed estimate for each request, keeping you informed on what to expect.

Requests are added to a private Trello board created for you. We'll tackle each request in priority order, keep you posted on progress, and ensure it’s completed on time to the highest standards.

I work on your request until you are satisfied. You get unlimited requests and revisions within your subscription.

Only if you are based in the UK. VAT is 20% and will be added to the cost of the plan when you sign up. If you are a VAT registered business you can claim this back.
